No ! We are better than everyone else. It's ALL day. Not based on hours like everyone else . We set you up sometime before noon and come back in the evening to pick up. Unless you have special delivery times. Remember your the boss we listen to you

If bad weather is expected on your event day and you would like to cancel. Please call Mike 618-407-2379. You can cancel anytime for any reason, even all the way to the morning of the event with FULL REFUND. For full refund you must call and cancel. If your experiencing bad weather while having a inflatable at your event . Immediately turn off power and wait till the bad weather has left your area.
If you are experiencing bad weather . Shut off power immediately !! If you are experiencing high winds . Shut off power immediately !! Wait till the weather has left your area before turning back on. No refunds if we already delivered. Full refund if you canceled before we come out.
Yes . We don't want to and we really hate when this happens. We have to cancel if its going to rain all day long or high winds . We also cancel if its going to be under 45 degrees temperature. Cold conditions can crack and split the Inflatable

I am sorry we do not deliver to parks
We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can't set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps.

Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
