Q: Does the price include set up and delivery?

A: Yes, delivery and set up are included within a 25 mile radius of Collinsville, Il 62234.  Additional fees may apply for areas more than 25 miles one way.

 

Q: When do you set up?

A: On weekends we deliver before noon and pick up before dark, depending on your location in relation to Collinsville, IL.  We do understand there are sometimes special set up and pickup times, Jammin Jumpers tries to accomodate these at no extra cost.

 

Q: Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?

A: Yes, a blower keeps air in the unit the entire time.  Once unplugged they deflate.  That's why we require an outlet within 100 feet of the unit, longer cords can pop your circuit breaker.

 

Q: What about parks? Do parks have electricity?

A: We love setting up at parks but most parks DO NOT have electricity.  If you want to set up at a park, you must make sure they have electric.  If not, you must rent a generator or supply your own.  We rent generators at a reasonable cost.  Also, parks are first come, first serve so reserve your pavilion before reserving your bounce house.

 

Q: What payments do you take?

A: Cash, credit/debit card and business checks.  No personal checks.

 

Q: What if we need to cancel?

A: Please contact Jammin Jumpers at 618-407-2379 to cancel, there are no fees.  The only exception is for debit/credit card payments where Jammin Jumpers is charged a transaction fee.  This charge is $10.00 and will be credited toward your next rental.

 

Q: Do you require a deposit?

A: No deposit required.  You can pay by cash or business check the day of the event, or you can pay the day you schedule with a credit card.

 

Q: How big are the jumps?

A: Please note the space required for each jump (listed near the large picture) as some are very big and require extra space.  When in doubt, measure your space to make sure it will fit.  Jump's need room to be staked and they need room for the blower and can't rub against the walls or trees as this may damage the jump.  If you have stairs or a tiered backyard, or any doubt about an inflatable fitting in your area, please call our office to discuss options for set up.

 

Q: What surfaces do you set up on?

We can set up on grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete.  Sorry, we can't set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps.

 

Q: Can we see a copy of your rental agreement and safety rules?

A: Yes, they are available on our website.  You will also receive a copy of each when you place an order through a confirmation email.

 

Q: Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?

A: Yes and no.  You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units.  Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time.  If this happens please alert us at time of pickup so we can remedy the situation.  If, however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc. which can cost thousands of dollars.  We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you authorize and sign on all of our rental agreements so that you can be the trained operator.

 

Q: What is your weather policy?

A: Jammin Jumpers understands that the weather can be unpredictable, and takes heed to forecasts and weather warnings.  Safety is our number one concern.  We do not set up in strong winds or if there is a strong chance of thunderstorms.  Inflatables will not be set up in heavy rain, or winds for any reason!  We will cancel inflatable setups either at our discretion or customer request for bad weather purposes.
